Thoughtful packing, clear shipping choices, and care from our nursery to your door.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-orders and special releases may take longer; any extended processing time will be stated in the listing.

Shipping options & rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout for your order and delivery address. Depending on your destination, available options may include USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air.

For faster shipping, select UPS 2nd Day Air when it is offered at checkout. A separate shipping-upgrade product is not required. Shopify may omit air services when UPS Ground is faster and less expensive.

Two-day service means business days in transit after dispatch. Order processing time is additional. Review the available services and delivery estimates at checkout.

Packaging & weather

Plants are carefully packed to protect them during transit. Chlorophyll may delay shipping when extreme temperatures or severe weather pose a risk to plant health.

To request a weather-related shipping hold, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact us about temperature protection before shipment; availability and suitability depend on the order and conditions.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

When your order arrives

Minor cosmetic blemishes or temporary transit stress can occur. If your plant arrives severely damaged or dead, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label. See our Returns & Refunds policy for review details.

Pollen listings

Pollen has separate handling requirements. Follow the packaging and shipping information on the individual pollen listing. Draft pollen listings are not an offer of ready-to-ship stock; dispatch remains unavailable while cold-pack packaging and transit viability are being validated.
