1. Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-orders or special releases may have extended processing times, which will be clearly stated in the product listing.
• Shipping Methods: We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS 2-Day Shipping to ensure fast and reliable delivery of live plants.
• Packaging: Every plant is carefully packaged using eco-friendly materials, including sustainable wraps and moisture-retaining mediums, to protect plants during transit.

Weather & Seasonal Considerations

• Extreme Temperatures: If there is severe weather in your area (extreme heat or cold), we recommend adding a heat pack or cold pack to your order (available for purchase). Chlorophyll LLC reserves the right to delay shipments if weather conditions pose a risk to plant health.
• Shipping Holds: Customers can request a shipping hold if they would like to delay their package due to weather concerns. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering for adjustments.

Shipping Areas & International Orders

• We currently ship within the United States only. Due to agricultural regulations, international shipping is not available at this time.

• We take great care in shipping healthy and thriving plants. However, minor cosmetic imperfections (slight leaf blemishes or transit stress) may occur, which do not affect plant health.
